To cancel or change and appt:
Please give as much notice as possible. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to full session fee.
Insurance
We accept Aetna, Cigna, and Optum. To check appointment availability, please contact us. If we are not in network with your carrier or you will be using your out-of-network benefits, we are happy to provide you with a superbill with all needed information/coding so that you can submit to your insurance.
